Michelle was born and raised in the Philippines and received her degree from Emerson College in Boston. Michelle has worked as an Intern for the Administrative Law Judge Division of the California Public Utility Commission, as a Legislative Affairs Extern for the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and as a Litigation Intern at the Natural Resources Defense Council. At LLS, Michelle has worked in the International Human Rights Practicum and served as Secretary of the Environmental Law Society. Prior to law school, Michelle was a professional ballet dancer in the Philippines, and enjoys photography, Jiu-Jitsu, and English football.
